Mr. Quintero has been involved in construction, management and development nearly his entire life. Having grown up in the trades working with his family's construction companies he found his passion and calling. He got his commercial and multi-family experience with American Federal Housing. He then went to work with Stratus Real Estate and Development as a Construction Supervisor/Project Manager, where he personally oversaw tenant improvements and new construction projects. This included working on tax credit rehabilitations, commercial developments, entitlements and custom design building. For his residential track experience, Robert joined North American Residential Communities and worked his way up to Project Manager; projects included River Oaks, River Oaks II, Los Robles, and Highland Orchards. Robert is a graduate of the San Bernardino County Sheriffs Extended Academy and is P.O.S.T certified in law enforcement. He holds an active General B Contractors License in the State of California and is certified in Mold and Water mitigation level 1, 2, and 3, EPA 608 type 1, 2, and 3 Universal certification EPA RRP certified, CPR, First aid and First responder certification. For Landbuild, Mr. Quintero manages most aspects of day-to-day operations and oversees multiple departments from estimating, contracts, preliminary and feasibility reports, to construction management and internal developments.
